Key Conditions
The minimum number of pips between order’s Open and Close price. MTP is calculated by multiplying the instrument’s spread by 2.5 (Spread × 2.5).
Example: MTP for EURUSD is 5 pips (closed spread 2 × 2.5 ). If an order was opened at 1.1015 and closed at 1.1010, the difference is 5 pips, which means the MTP requirement is met.
The minimum duration an order must remain open to receive remuneration. MTT equals 3 minutes from the order opening to its closing time.
Partner rewards are paid only for trading operations made with the attracted client’s own funds. Therefore, a Credit Coefficient may be applied:
Credit Coefficient = (Equity – Client’s current credit/bonus) / Equity
If the calculated Credit Coefficient is lower than threshold level, it will be applied to the Partner’s reward = Partner remuneration × Credit Coefficient.
The applicable threshold (typically ranging from 0.5 to 0.85) may vary depending on prevailing market conditions, including periods of increased volatility and liquidity. The specific threshold applied in each case is determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
Partner remuneration will not be paid for any orders that result in the client’s account reaching negative equity. Partner commissions are only applicable to orders that maintain a positive client account balance.
For certain partner programs (including exclusive programs where Price Per Lot (PPL) is not applied), partner commission is calculated based on the average spread between the opening and closing of an order.
The average spread is calculated as follows: Average Spread = (Spread at Opening + Spread at Closing) / 2
If the difference between the opening and closing spreads exceeds 25%, a capped formula is applied: Average Spread = (Lower Spread + (Lower Spread × 1.25)) / 2
If the average spread exceeds a predefined limit, the partner commission from the spread is calculated using a fixed pip value instead. The applicable fixed values and instruments are specified in the table below:
| Account type | Instrument | Fixed value |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Pro, Cent Pro | XAUUSD, GOLD | 11 |
| Classic Standard, Cent Standard | GOLDi | 21 |
| Classic Pro | XAGUSD | 2.4 |
| Cent Pro | XAGUSD | 2.8 |
| Classic Standard, Cent Standard | XAGUSDi | 3 |
Similar partner commission calculation rules may vary depending on the country and may be applied to other instruments without prior notice.
In other cases the following values may be applied:
| Account type | Instrument | Fixed value |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Standard, Cent Standard | GOLDi | 10 |
| Classic Standard, Cent Standard | XAGUSDi | 0.2 |
